Only Admin or Trainer role can share a Guided Tour following this method.
As you have created your a guided tour and want to share with your colleagues or customers, here how to proceed:
1 – From the Solution Builder and its list of projects: mouss over the project with a guided tour you want to share to open the project menu
2 – Choose “Share”
3 – Click on the tab guided tour
4 – Click on the switch-on button “Share”
5 – Then, type down the mail address(es) you want to share with
5 – Click on Share to finalize.

Once shared the Guided Tour is accessible for all from the Learning Center / tab Guided Tour
