Open the Project Report
To access your report:
- Click Report in the top-left corner of your project inside the Solution Builder.
- From the list of available reports, choose the General Export.

Once opened, the report provides key project information, including surface area, total footprint, number of products, total price (if applicable), and detailed data for each room in your project.

Editing Report Information
You can refine the report before exporting it:
- Click Edit to enter the report editing mode.
- Modify prices, part numbers, and equipment names inside each room as needed.
- Remember to Save the project by clicking the button in the right corner.
Sharing Options
Sharing your Project Report makes it easier to communicate project details, collaborate with colleagues, and provide customers with the information they need.
You can share or export the report in several ways:
- Export as PDF – Create a polished, ready-to-send PDF for documentation, customer discussions, or internal reviews.
- Export as Excel – Download a structured Excel file for a clear and editable overview of all equipment in the project.
- Share a URL link – Copy a direct link to the live report view and send it to colleagues or customers.
