Zone Characteristics

With the Zone Characteristics, you can assign key attributes to each room, helping you organize and classify your spaces. These attributes can be visualized directly in your digital twin and are also included in the Project Report.

Add or Modify Zone Characteristics

  1. Select the room you want to edit.
  2. Open the info panel on the left.
  3. Browse the available Zone Characteristics and select one to apply.
  4. Confirm your choice to save the characteristic.

 You can create new categories and define your own values for Zone Characteristics by navigating to Administration → Projects → Zone Characteristics.

View the Zone Characteristics

  1. Click the eye icon in the bottom right to view available characteristics.
  2. Select a characteristic to display it on your layout.

You can return to the info panel anytime to adjust or remove characteristics.

Create and Customize Your Own Zone Characteristics

You’re not limited to the default set. You can create custom categories and values to match your organization’s workflows or regulatory requirements.

To add or modify Zone Characteristics:

  1. From the homepage, hover over your initials in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Administration from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Projects.
  4. Navigate to the Zone Characteristics tab.
  5. Click Add new zone characteristic to create a category.
  6. You can also edit existing categories or update their associated values.

Custom characteristics give you full flexibility to adapt the platform to your operational structure and reporting needs.
