Define or Change the Measurement System of a Project

HakoBio allows you to work in either Metric or Imperial units, giving you flexibility to match your project requirements or regional standards.

You can select the unit system when creating a new project, or update it later for an existing project.

Define the Unit System for a New Project

1. Open the Solution Builder.
2. Click New Project.
3. You will be asked to select your preferred measurement system: Metric or Imperial.
4. Click Continue to start building your new project.

All measurements, including room dimensions, equipment placement, and spacing estimates, will be displayed in the chosen unit system.

Change the Unit System of an Existing Project

1. In the Solution Builder Overview, hover over your project and click Settings.
2. In the Project Settings panel on the right, locate Measurement System.
3. Click the toggle button to switch between Metric and Imperial.
4. Click Save.

The next time you open your project, all measurements will reflect the updated system.
