Learn how to register on HakoBio and start exploring your digital twin environment.
To access the HakoBio demo platform, go to https://app.hakobio.com/
If you already have an account, you can sign in. Otherwise, click Create an account.
Here, you will need to fill in the registration form with the following details:
- First name
- Last name
- Company
- Department
- Country
- Password
Your password must be at least six characters and include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. See here for more information.
Once all fields are completed, review and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then click Create Account to finalize your registration.
Account Validation
After completing the required information, an email will be sent to validate your address.
Once validated, your registration request will be sent to the HakoBio administrator for review.
Once approved, the licence manager will assign you a licence and you will be able to log in on this web page https://app.hakobio.com/
Register from an invitation email
If you’ve been invited by a HakoBio administrator or through a shared project, your account setup is even simpler.
You’ll receive an email invitation containing a registration link. Follow that link, complete the form, and your account will be activated immediately — no manual validation needed.
Invited users can start using HakoBio right away after creating their password.
Private Organizations
In addition to the public demo platform, HakoBio also hosts private organizations. These are clients who have purchased a full license for their company and its users.
If you try to log in and don’t recognize your company’s branding or logo, it likely means you’re on the wrong domain. Private organizations are usually accessible through a custom URL that includes the company name as a prefix (for example https://company. hakobio.com).
