Sharing a Guided Tour allows colleagues and customers to explore your digital twin project step-by-step, complete with all the attached information, visuals, and content you’ve prepared.
Before sharing a Guided Tour, make sure you are familiar with how to create, edit, and access it. You can learn more here:
How to Share a Guided Tour
Once your Guided Tour is ready, follow the steps below to share it with colleagues or customers:
1. Open the project menu
In the Solution Builder, hover over the project that contains the Guided Tour to reveal the project menu.

2. Select “Share”

3. Go to the “Guided Tour” tab
This tab appears only for projects that include a Guided Tour.

4. Enable sharing
Toggle the Share switch to turn sharing on.

5. Add recipients
Enter the email address(es) of the people you want to share the Guided Tour with.

6. Click “Share” to finalize
Once Shared
Recipients will be able to access the Guided Tour from the Learning Center → Guided Tour tab.
