The Quote Center allows you to quickly generate clean, non-binding quotations directly from your projects in the Solution Builder. With customizable templates, product variations, and multi-currency support, it streamlines the process of delivering accurate and professional quotes to your clients.
The following functionalities are exclusively available to admin users on the platform.
Content Block Creation
Admins can create reusable content blocks for quotes (e.g., headers, terms, pricing sections).
Create a New Block
- Go to the Admin Panel
- Open Quote
- Click Add a new block
Template Creation
Quote templates help standardize your quotations and ensure consistent structure across teams.
Create or Edit a Template
- Click Save
- From the block creation page, open the Template tab
- Enter a template name
- Drag and drop blocks to build your layout
Product Variations
You can create multiple variations of an equipment item directly from the product management interface.
For example:
Different sizes, configurations, or versions of the same product.
This ensures more accurate quotations with the correct technical and pricing details.
Associated Parts
From the same product editing page, admins can add associated parts to an equipment item.
Examples:
- Spare parts
- Consumables
- Accessories
- Single-use assemblies
These associated items can then be included in the generated quote when relevant.
